punctuality:
Your superhero will be present 15 minutes before event time and message/call you to be informed of their arrival. The superhero and “hero agent” proceed to wait till the set time to officially “arrive” at the event. This ensures all the guests are present and no one misses the action, this prevents any tardiness to your event from our heroes. IF for any reason your hero is not there at the scheduled event time, please contact us. In this rare scenario, the superhero will prolong their stay to make up for the late arrival to your event and extend to the time allotted for the package you selected. (ex: 30-min, 1 hour, 90-min).
party planning:
The superhero will follow our set party plan based on your package choice. Doing things such as; conducting a superhero training course, leading superhero stretches, and target practice. The superhero will pose for all the pictures you can take, sign autographs, and stay for the birthday song as well as the cake. Our heroes also take custom requests specialized to you. Please notify H4H-STL of any specific activity you would want the superhero to partake in. We pride ourselves on an easy action-packed event that runs smoothly to ensure not one moment of action is missed.
booking deposit:
To save your booking, we require a deposit. The event is not finalized/ booked until your deposit has been received by H4H. We will send you an invoice once you secure your event through the link received after you've completed the booking request.
FULL PAYMENT NOT REQUIRED TO BOOK:
As soon as your minimum deposit is made, your reservation is secured! The remainder of the payment is due 48 hours before your event. You may pay through invoice or hand the “HERO AGENT” cash at the time of arrival. You also have the choice to pay through the link sent to you in the beginning or ask for another form as well.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:
Should you need to delay, or cancel the visit for any reason we require at least 48-hours notice before your party’s scheduled date and time. You may then move the event date for up to one year from the date of your party. Although it's a rare occasion, H4H does reserve the right to cancel any event due to; illness, injury, family emergencies, violation of terms, and acts of god (ex: pandemic). However at this time, the client's deposit will be repurposed for a new event date, as well as receive a coupon for the next event.
GRATUITY:
We do not include tips in the price of our packages for H4H. If you feel your superhero “Brings The Action” like we say we will. Feel free to tip your character. It's greatly appreciated by the superhero and the agent, as they split the tip between each other. *PLEASE HAND ANY TIP TO THE HERO AGENT* This ensures the superhero keeps their Action focused on the event.
Event photography:
pictures will be taken by the Superhero Agent at your event for the use of advertising & promotion. Whether that be our website, social media, or promotional advertising. Unless given permission, or asked to do so. H4H-STL will NOT disclose any personal information about the child in said photos/videos. If there is a child present that cannot have their photo used for these purposes please contact us prior to your event. *we will also double-check with the adult in charge of booking the event. To ensure parent satisfaction and child safety.
