Q. Does it matter how many guests I invite to the event?

We perform at all parties no matter the size. For parties that have more than 25 children extra supplies may be needed. Please let us know if your party exceeds this amount, so we may prepare accordingly. 

Q. How do I reserve a party?

A. Just fill out our booking form, and we will respond back as soon as possible to finalize your reservation, discuss payment, and make sure we have all the details to make your party great. 

*As soon as we have finalized the details of your request and booking form. We will send an invoice online. ½ your payment is due at this time as a deposit to lock in your date. The remainder is due 3 days before to your party/event  through invoice. We can invoice through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and more please let us know your preferred way to pay. *


Q. What time should I book my hero to arrive at my event?

A.  We suggest that you book your hero to arrive at least 30 minutes after the arrival time of those attending. This ensures everyone is present when the action starts!

Q. Do you do corporate events? Or large gatherings 

A. Yes, we provide superheroes for many large events including Festivals, corporate events, non for profit/ fundraisers, Churches, Fundraisers, Even barbecues and more . 

Q. How far in advance should I book my party?

A. We prefer that you book your party or event 4-6 weeks in advance, this ensures we have the time to prepare, and make it a super special day!  If you do, however  ,if you have a last minute booking needed we'll always do everything we can even short notice , so feel free to contact us. 

Q. Am I able to hire more than one Hero for my party or event?

A. Yes, for an additional $50 you can add another hero or heroes to attend your party or event. 

Q. How do I pay for my party?

A. Bookings are secured through our platform by invoice. You may use a credit or debit for the deposit and balance. you may also pay the rest in cash at the time of the event. H4H STL does not accept any form of check except for ACH digital checks. 

Q. Will pictures of my party or event be used online?

A. We do use pictures and videos from parties and events on our website and social media pages. None of our posts disclose any customers personal information. Please let us know if you or anyone in attendance does not want to be posted online.

Q. Where can I host my party?

We are willing and able to provide entertainment at any venue. Whether it be a park, fun center, your home, an event space, etc.., some events have to be more prepared for (i.e. outside locations). In those cases just inform us beforehand. 

Q: What is your outdoor party policy?

If you are planning an outdoor party or event  that's okay we love to do them , we do always recommend checking the weather for that day and having a back up plan just in case. Heroes will not perform in the rain. 

Q. Do the heroes accept tips?

If your hero lived up to or exceeded your expectations, tips are welcomed and appreciated by our performers, but not required.
